Terms of Use
These terms apply to tendersaathi.com and the initial tender consultation offered by AXITRUST PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read them before using the website or requesting a consultation.
1. Our service
TenderSaathi helps Indian businesses find, prepare and win tenders. The free initial consultation is a discussion of your business, your tender requirements and possible next steps.
It does not by itself include preparing a tender application, document drafting, registrations, submission or continuing support. Any further work requires a separate written scope agreed with you. That agreement governs the specific engagement.
2. Your responsibilities
You must be an adult with permission to act for the business you represent. Give accurate, current information and provide documents you are entitled to share. Tell us about relevant deadlines and changes to the tender.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your declarations, the authenticity of your documents and your final approval of each application. Do not share passwords or one-time codes through this website. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
3. Tender conditions and outcomes
Eligibility, required documents, deadlines and evaluation criteria are set by the buying organisation. You must review the tender and any amendments. Advice given during a consultation depends on the information available at that time.
No consultation or engagement promises an award, ranking, acceptance or particular result. The buying organisation alone evaluates applications and decides the award. Submission assistance does not transfer that decision to TenderSaathi.
4. Information and website availability
Website content is general information about our tender consulting approach. It is not a substitute for the requirements in a specific tender or advice tailored to a separate professional matter.
We take reasonable care with the content, but information may change or contain errors. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Tell us if something appears inaccurate so we can review it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AXITRUST PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the initial consultation. This includes loss arising from missed opportunities, website or system interruptions on a tender platform or decisions of a buying organisation.
This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit remain unaffected. Liability for an agreed engagement is addressed in its separate written terms.
6. Content and names
The TenderSaathi name and website content may not be reproduced or misrepresented without permission except where applicable law permits it.
7. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is used and how you can exercise your choices. Consent for optional updates is separate from requesting a consultation.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory forum or remedy, courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms.
Please first contact us through our Grievance Redressal process so we can try to resolve your concern. This does not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the website. A change does not alter an existing engagement unless agreed or required by law. This version is dated 19 October 2026.
