Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong with your enquiry, consultation or personal data, please tell us. AXITRUST PRIVATE LIMITED will review the concern through the process below.

1. Contact the Grievance Officer

2. What to include

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• A short description of the concern and relevant dates.
• Your enquiry reference, if one is available.
• Relevant correspondence and the outcome you are seeking.

Share only information needed to understand the complaint. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. A complaint can also be sent by post to the registered office listed below.

3. Our response timelines

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it. We will resolve it within 30 days of receipt and communicate the outcome with an explanation.

If we need additional information, we will explain what is needed. We will keep you informed while the matter is being reviewed. These are our stated service commitments and do not reduce any shorter timeline required by applicable law.

4. Privacy requests and consent

You can use this same contact to request access, correction or deletion of personal data or to withdraw consent. To stop optional updates, you can also reply to a message asking us to stop. You do not need to stop your enquiry to decline updates.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request. Our Privacy Policy explains the applicable choices and rights.

5. If you remain dissatisfied

Reply to the Grievance Officer with the earlier correspondence and the points you want reviewed. You retain any remedy available under applicable law.

For personal data concerns, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process when the relevant statutory complaint provisions apply.
